Norrby IF was able to secure an important away victory after a very close match against Vasalund at Skytteholms IP 1. The guests started strong with an early substitution where Alexander Salo replaced Abbas Mohamad after just six minutes of play. Norrby IF showed from the beginning that they wanted to take control of the match, and it would not be until the 41st minute that Dijan Vukojevic could score the opening goal at 0-1 after a nice combination play with Rasmus Örqvist.

In the second half, Vasalund lifted their game and desperately tried to equalize Norrby IF's lead. The team brought in both Alexander Chamorro Duranic and Yasuoka Takuto in an attempt to find the net, but Norrby defended strongly and held firm. Referee Andreas Dufva-Johansson also issued several yellow cards to both Vasalund and Norrby IF for tough play.

The match concluded with a press from Vasalund, but Norrby IF held on and left Skytteholms IP 1 with three points in their bag after a tough match. The guests' coach was pleased with the performance and said after the match that he was proud of his team's defensive play and that they managed to take advantage of their chances when the opportunity arose. Vasalund, on the other hand, will have to try to learn from the match and find their way back to winning form again.
