It was an exciting match at Ullevi where GAIS faced Trelleborgs FF on Tuesday evening in Superettan. Despite an audience of only eight people, the teams provided high intensity from the start, and it only took four minutes for Trelleborgs FF to take the lead through Petar Petrovic, who headed in a corner taken by Johan Blomberg.

However, GAIS showed they were not satisfied with being behind and equalized just two minutes later through Adnan Maric, who capitalized on a nice pass from Julius Lindberg. But Trelleborgs FF wouldn't stay behind for long, and in the sixteenth minute, Dzenis Kozica scored an important goal for the visitors, again assisted by Blomberg.

Trelleborgs FF continued to press, and in the nineteenth minute, Petrovic scored his second goal of the evening from a pass by Simon Amin. GAIS, however, did not give up, and in the 43rd minute, Joackim Åberg managed to head in a goal to make it 2-3, assisted by Adam Egnell.

The second half was just as intense as the first, with both teams battling hard to score more goals. Yellow cards were issued to both teams, and several substitutions were made during the match. Despite GAIS's persistent attempts to catch up, Trelleborgs FF held on to their lead until the final whistle, taking three points back to Skåne.

After the match, GAIS remains in sixth place in the table while Trelleborgs FF has climbed to fourth. An exciting match that definitely provided a lot of football.
