Match report:

It was an exciting match at Grimsta IP as Akropolis IF hosted Trelleborgs FF in the Superettan. Despite an early lead for Trelleborgs FF from a penalty by Petar Petrovic in the 19th minute, Akropolis IF demonstrated their fighting spirit and managed to turn the match around.

In the 40th minute, Pontus Åsbrink equalized for Akropolis IF with a beautiful headed goal, assisted by Sotirios Nikopoulos. The second half began strongly for the home team as Sotirios Nikopoulos himself scored to make it 2-1 after a fine pass from Fredrik Hammar in the 52nd minute.

Akropolis IF continued to dominate the match and increased their lead with a goal from Alexander Abrahamsson in the 71st minute, assisted by Pontus Åsbrink. Despite a few attempts from Trelleborgs FF to come back, they could not threaten Akropolis IF's lead.

The match ended 3-1 in favor of Akropolis IF in front of 128 spectators at Grimsta IP. A well-deserved victory for the home team, which showed an impressive fighting spirit and strong teamwork.
