It was a somewhat one-sided match when Norrby IF faced GIF Sundsvall at Borås Arena. Despite Norrby IF being in a respectable fourth place in the table, it was the visiting GIF Sundsvall who had the match under control. Already in the 37th minute, they were rewarded when a ball from Erik Andersson reached Pontus Engblom, who confidently put the ball in the net to make it 0-1. However, Norrby IF fought on, and Robin Strömberg managed to equalize to 1-1 just before halftime.

But it was going to be a tough second half for Norrby IF. Early in the second half, they saw Engblom score another goal, this time from the penalty spot. Norrby IF continued to fight, but GIF Sundsvall had the advantage. Linus Hallenius and Pontus Silfwer managed to score two more goals for the away team, and the match ended 1-4.

Despite the loss, Norrby IF retains its fourth place in the table while GIF Sundsvall climbs up to second place. Referee Richard Sundell maintained a good level in a match that had a rather low attendance, with only 360 people present.
