Östers IF continued their impressive form in Superettan by defeating IK Brage away from home with a score of 3-0. The match took place at Borlänge Energi Arena in front of an audience of 2006 spectators. The referee for the match was Fredrik Oppong, assisted by Fredrik Hammarström and Conny Hugman.

Östers IF took the lead already in the sixth minute through Jesper Jonasson Westermark. This was Westermark's fourth goal of the season and came from a header assisted by Mattias Pavic.
