It was a match that would show who had the determination to escape the relegation battle as IK Brage welcomed Helsingborgs IF to Borlänge Energi Arena. It turned out to be a tight and even encounter, which ultimately ended with a narrow victory for the home team.

IK Brage started the match the strongest, and after half an hour of play, the first really dangerous opportunity arose. Seth Hellberg received a nice ball from Pontus Jonsson and was able to strike immediately, but the ball went wide.

However, Hellberg would soon have his revenge.

In the 38th minute, Hellberg got the ball again from Jonsson, and this time he managed to find the back of the net. Helsingborg's defense couldn't quite keep up, and Hellberg's shot was well placed in the goalkeeper's right corner.

Helsingborgs tried to get back into the game immediately and pressed for an equalizer. But IK Brage held firm and did not allow any dangerous chances. Instead, the home team was able to threaten with a few counterattacks and came close to extending their lead on a couple of occasions.

In the second half, the play shifted back and forth, and both teams created some dangerous situations. Helsingborg was in search of an equalizer, but Brage's defense held strong, and when the final whistle blew, the score was still 1-0 in favor of the home team.

Seth Hellberg's goal would prove to be match-winning, and IK Brage could breathe a sigh of relief after a strong and well-executed match. Helsingborg, on the other hand, must continue to fight to stay in Superettan.
