In the 84th minute, Västerås made another substitution, bringing on Patric Åslund for Simon Johansson. Another substitution followed with Umit Aras replacing Herman Magnusson.
Despite the opposition's efforts, Skövde could not find any success, and Västerås continued to dominate the play and controlled the match until the final whistle. Filip Tronét received a yellow card during the time his team played near the end of the match, but it was not a cause for concern.
The main reason for joy came in the fourth minute of added time when Jabir Abdihakim Ali repeated his earlier accomplishment and headed the ball into the net. Daniel Ask once again provided the assist. The match ended 4-0 to Västerås SK FK, and the audience at Hitachi Energy Arena was treated to a fantastic display of football from the home team.
