Last Saturday, Skövde AIK faced Östersund at Södermalms IP in front of an audience of 616 people. Farouk Nehdi was the referee, assisted by Sam Seno and Hana Mohammad Saleh. The match started at 15:00.

Just four minutes into the match, Skövde AIK took the lead when Oscar Lennerskog headed in the ball after an assist from Azeez Temitope Yusuf. Only four minutes later, Lennerskog was substituted in favor of Darrell Kamdem Tibell. However, this did not hinder Skövde AIK, who increased their lead to two goals just five minutes later when Yusuf scored again, this time after an assist from Tibell.

In the second half, Skövde AIK continued to dominate and added another goal as early as the 53rd minute. This time it was Yusuf who scored after receiving a nice pass from Mikael Mörk. Östersund attempted to make player substitutions to improve their performance, but it didn’t help much as Skövde kept finding the net. In the 66th minute, Isak Bjerkebo extended the lead to 4-0 following a pass from Tibell.

Although Assiedou Yannick Armel Adjoumani received a yellow card in the 65th minute, Östersund did not allow themselves to lose heart. In the closing minutes, Mansour Sinyan managed to score a goal for Östersund with a header after a fine assist from Simon Marklund. But Skövde AIK responded quickly, and Filip Schyberg scored Skövde's fifth goal in the 90th minute after a pass from Lukas Rhöse. The final score was 5-1 in favor of Skövde AIK, securing a solid victory at home on their own pitch.
