It was a sunny Sunday afternoon at Borlänge Energi Arena when IK Brage faced Athletic Eskilstuna in Superettan. In front of a crowd of 1,072, it was Brage who took control right from the start, creating several dangerous chances. It took 14 minutes before Pontus Rödin scored the opening goal for the home team.

Eskilstuna tried to respond but struggled to create any dangerous opportunities. Instead, it was Brage who extended their lead with a beautiful goal from Adil Titi following a fine pass from Eirik Asante Gayi.

After 36 minutes, both Samir Maarouf from Eskilstuna and Jacob Stensson from Brage received yellow cards for tough tackles. Adil Titi also received a yellow card for a late challenge.

In the second half, Eskilstuna made three substitutions in an attempt to turn the match around, but it was Brage who continued to dominate. After 75 minutes, Samouil Izountouemoi made it 3-0 with a nice pass from Ieltsin Jeronimo Semedo Camoes.

Eskilstuna's Hussein Cabdi Mohammed received a yellow card five minutes later, and Brage made two more substitutions to bring fresh legs onto the field. In the final minute of the match, Christopher Redenstrand scored to make it 4-0 after a nice assist from Gustav Berggren.

The match ended 4-0 in favor of IK Brage, who were the better team from start to finish. Referee Tess Olofsson and her assistants Conny Hugman and Hana Mohammad Saleh did a great job managing the players.
